Please check you closing statement - your 4th qtr taxes should have been collected.
We send one electronic credit to the County all at once for all taxes paid for 4th quarter. The payment is due the 1st Monday in March (March 1st) and has a 10 day grace period - the payment will be sent on March 9th.

According to above, the escrow has sent the money to the county, it maybe a matter of crediting to your account. I would try to do following: get a letter from the escrow office, stating that the tax has been paid for your property, also include the total amount of the transaction, date of transaction, tracking number, check number, wire number, or whatever way to track the money, also what's included in the total amount, such as a list of properties, and the amount for each property. And send this to county.

I've had cases where my check was cashed by the county, but not showing on my tax account. After getting the proof that such payment was meant to certain property, the county credited to my account.

The key is to dig down to the root of the problem and fix it.
