多谢大家帮我分析我所遇到的在Property Tax上与Title Company的麻烦。
又看了一遍那个HUD1觉得应该是Property Tax的Payment事先已经包括在Closing中了,但毕竟不是专家,怕自己理解上有错,
但从下面Title Company的Escrow Officer和负责我该贷款的Loan Officer(directly from bank)对此事的回答中
看出这应该是Title Company在Closing Cost中已经收了我这部分的钱,Close后由Title COmpany来付给County,
难道这两位应该是这方面的专家(one is my loan officer, one is my Escrow officer)都同时会搞错乱回答我的问题?我反复问了他们好几次呢,不开玩笑吧?

Please check you closing statement - your 4th qtr taxes should have been collected.
We send one electronic credit to the County all at once for all taxes paid for 4th quarter. The payment is due the 1st Monday in March (March 1st) and has a 10 day grace period - the payment will be sent on March 9th.
=======Response from Loan officer after saw above Escrow officer's feedback======
You have the final loan settlement from them to show the payment was included in the closing
Per the closing statement there was $512.12 charged for taxes. Here is a copy.

另外这个County Tax是在HUD1的J Section-Summary of Borrower's Transaction中提到的。
好像具体Line如下:
100. Gross Amount Due from borrower
107: County Taxes 1/07/2010 -04/01/2010 $512.12
