Thanks for sharing;) no doubt the tech giants are “stealing”

talents like crazy, but I have to say that Elon's statement of "And we are hyper merit-based: do something great and your comp can shift substantially higher" is just a HR tactic, both firms are hyper merit-based, and the young talents make their decisions for various reasons. Such as Palantir, young engineers working there normally don't wish people know because they feel "bad" for the "ethical issues" lol. Also most of the young talents are eager to get a job at Anthropics (its blind.com rating is an unbelievably high 4.9) because they think it's the most creative AI focused and fun company comparing to OpenAI, google, xAI...... I personally believe eventually the winners will take it all, but it's not going to be only one winner, it'll be THE winners....;)
