First, I did not say that, all owners are Chinese, there are Indians, Russians, and some investment groups.

Second, the 80k income is not for the Hispanic BaiCai district, there are a large portion of white neighborhood in 20170 as well and the 80k income largely applies to them only. You will not see BaiCai at 60-70% at those established white district. Thus, your 80k opinion is not correct.
