We have one common trait, patience.
In the same Herndon area, there are houses bought at 2007 for 250k range now short sale for 125k range. One of my short sales is like that. The guy at the time must think he got a good deal. Now, I can take if for half the price.
250k in that area simply will be a cash burner. Not worth.
That's why I said, keep the cash and deals will come.
