Yes, the past performance doesn't tell now and future. If it doe
make sense, you don't have to get in and do it now.
So we shouldn't keep saying how good it was last year.
In Bay area, I feel the investors already started to pull steam from supporting the low-end market for investment as they are not a good target any more. You can only find good deal rarely with good luck and patience for investment properties (again, not your own residence).
There are still many this or that chances coming. You just need to have more patience.
I feel a lot of similarity from DCFarmer including working with Hispanic agents directly. Hope I can hear more opinions from you.
