Indiana Status stating the time limit on mechanic's lien is 30 days from the first lien notice for owner occupy SFH or duplex, 60 on other residential home, 90 days for commercial projects, also there is a clause on 2 year claim period after this dead line, that contractor must sue to file a lien.
