Thanks. The current price from the manager on the apartment is $745. My price is $700. I have put the ad on craiglist for about 1 week and offered up to 2-3 month rent free.

The problem is that I need to start my new job on March 1st.
With my being far away from NC, it is a kind of difficult to transfer the lease to another.

Any suggestions about how to approach this problem? I know that I need to keep on updating the ad every few days.
