It is a different story if you go east into the valley. Price there has not recovered yet. I think right now, it is pretty much a Chinese market, with Van West the hottest place.

Edmonton crashed after crazy run of 2006 and 2007. As long as you do not see 山上人家, Edmonton has not recovered. Haha.

BC intereior is all under 2008 peak. It is going to take a while for them to recover.

But I wish all the news were true. It is a big deal for me if the markets all go up.
