Too early to tell. Anything is possible in stock market

I have back-tested both SP500 and Nasdaq for last 40-50 years. All i know is that if they are not able to reclaim 200D MA after several tries (I am talking about many months of back and forth, not just 2-3 days  of fluctuation), then bear market is a 95% certainty.
