smart american law makers should come up with a sophisticated equation to regulate the agent rates.

the same deal for TX, $250k house; IL, $400k house; CA, $1000k house, cost the LA/BA roughly the same amount of time, same reusable-never-change skill set...


like Income Tax Tables, the law makers should do something similar to increase/lower the LA/BA rates for the houses priced at different ranges.
