Termite Certificate for closing? Usually who will

pay for the termite certificate fee? In the disclosure file the seller said this home is under a contract for pest and termite control, but actually it's not. So, I'm thinking to do an termite certificate before closing to make sure even though the mortgage company doesn't require this for closing. Any comments for this?
