San Sin, called Microventures and here is what they told me:

1. Min. investment is 15K

2. They charge 7.5% (initial load up and fee)

3. For profit, they take 10%

4. There is some interest they charge

5. Unless there is IPO or else, the investment is with them and can't be liquidated.
