在lewisville/TX 75056 Castle Hill North community.
it is a brand-new community and there are lots of contructions ongoing.

难道建商没有义务保护社区安全吗？there was a recent similar incidence in Castle Hill West community, and they put on camera after that. Seems they did nothing for this sister community.
