These deals are usually "given" to me by the listing agents or the bulk sale buyers who sell "AS IS" for a quick profit.

I cannot get from the market. One single family house listed for $89900, two of my clients submitted offers, one for $105000 and another one for $121000. The house was sold for $170K.
