JY's price is good in Indiana, and w/ his own people. I would suggest leave some room for area adjustment.

JY, can you imagine the quote for my 400 ft ranch fence is $4200 minimum? Material alone is $2100, for 120 posts 3 gates, 400 ft of net. I bet you could do it for 3/4 at most.
