我在坛上看见大家提到有出租房的话,出租房买"rental property insurance" 的同时, 自家住的房屋要买"Umberella Insureance".我刚买了一个出租房,想请教一下.
1."Umberella Insureance"是什么意思?
2.为什么需要买"Umberella Insureance"? 重要性在哪里?
3."Umberella Insureance"和我们现在买的自住房保险有什么不一样?
