Like you said, with 700k, I only can find a small and old 1-story house at the West side of LA while my current house is newer and bigger 2-story house. It is frustrating when I look at these little houses. I do not like it. It will take time to get used to it.

Through my friends, I am contacting west side agents for buying.

Selling is not easy either. Looking for a cheaper way to sell which will allow me to lower price.
