We just use redfin to search for new houses but we don't use their agent,my hu*****and said that normally people don't trust for sale by owner,they have a joke about it"F*****o".We have a good chinese buyer agent working with us now,he focus on Monteray park,west convina and those nearby communities and we like him very much.If u want to contact him,let me know.We trust him very much after 4 months house searching!
