I think the best timing to buy TQQQ is closed for now

The current market is a bit risky to hold fresh new TQQQ. It may pull back and retest EM50 but who knows. If you aleady have sizable position in QQQ, may just want to hold those cash reserve and wait for opportunity. I would not jump in on new TQQQ position right now
