instead of you dealing with the bank, you hire someone to represent you to deal with the bank. What power or authority does that someone you hired over you in dealing with the bank? if bank doesn't give a sh!t on you, why would they care on someone you paid?

salary freeze doesn't mean you have hardship, it only means you didn't have a increase in salary this year. if you couldn't afford your house with existing income, you obviously shouldn't purchased that house in the first place.
