Tenants needs handling--no single rule applies to all situations

1. She should be able to receive UI.
2. Two persons signed lease, each is liable to full obligations.
3. If you have deposit from them, you can try to work out something with them, say they can delay payment or pay by week. But do not expose yourself to risk more than the deposit you received.
