My understanding is because I'm getting the no-cost loan, I shouldn't pay any closing cost. The bank/agent will pay the closing cost. I understand I need to pay the prepay interest and some impound cost(insurance) as out-of-pocket cost. But my loan amount should be equal to my current loan balance.


Please advise.
