We would like to keep the property for cash flow. Today after we spoke with both the leasing agent and tenant, we decide to honor the previous lease since the tenant agree to repair all the damages on the house. Also, we heard the previous owner moved to other state, and don't want to return 2 month deposits to the tenant. So the tenent fired the PM, will go to small claim court to recover the security deposit.
We looked the property inside. The condition is fair. The house was built in 2004, but the two a/c units were replaced couple of months ago. So we have a happy ending...
