In Texas.

Here non-resident alen is F1, B1, J1 VISA visit. H1b, TN be treated as resident alien.

When you apply a F1 VISa and you told the visa officer that you interested to saty in US after study, the vISA will be denied for possible immigration.

If yoy apply h1b, different.
