1. your smart bet on current US real estate market doesn't necessarily mean China market is bad. It just means the market here fits your style better;
2. you are a sophisticated investor;
3. China real estate problem is way beyond normal people's wisdom. I would agree to stay away if possible but not agree it must be a dead in.

(I don't own any property in China - to be clear)
