BTW, I am asking them to lower price by providing credit to kill termites. There shouldn't be financing concern.

I asked the buyer agent why they are not cooperative, he couldn't give an acceptable answer. He just says there are other people waiting with all cash as well. If I don't want to do, they will work with others. (But I feel no one wants to kill the deal as only 2 weeks left, and I don't want to drop it either.)
