the prevailing party shall NOT recover reasonable attorney fees

Also, in my lease agreement, I add this:
Payment of Attorney Fees in a Lawsuit: In any action or legal proceeding to enforce any part of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall NOT recover reasonable attorney fees and court costs.

So if I sue my tenant and I win, I need to pay my own attorney fee. If my tenant wants to sue me and they win, they also need to pay their own attorney fee.

I think this can avoid some expensive lawsuit.
