税收，预估税，刚收到 IRS 罚单

我家是老公管税。每个季度预交税。一年四次。

 

刚才收到IRS 信件，要交2023 年罚款。

 

“We reviewed your estimated tax penalty computation for the tax period ended 2023, and found an error. Our correction of this error increased the penalty to $xxx.xx."

 

数目三位数，老公现在也意识到2023 年的某项少预估了。

 

不想深究，就想交了罚款了事。

 

 

其实，每个季节和去年同季比，预交110%， 就不会有问题。

 

刚才问老公，说2023 年从IRA 到Roth IRA 的数字比2022 年少很多。所以110%在这儿不合理。

 

我用人不疑，疑人不用，就这样吧。
