First tennat credit score is 547, please advice/help

Hello Folks,

This is my first time as landloard, I got a mexican couple
as the applicants, the couple has three sons, and one stepson. The credit score is about 547, in bayarea.

The hu*****and make about $5000/month, and wife make $800
in two weeks, the rent is about $2000, can I accept this
tennats ?
