Schwab 很可恶，明明是 4/30 settlement date, 你现在买，马上你的cash就不能买其他东西了，出非你有 margin account.  我很不喜欢 Schwab 这么做。弄得不好，你的钱 从 4/17 到 4/30 被 schwab 占着不给利息，然后 5/17 就被 call，都是各种风险！

Fidelity 好很多，买了债券 settle 前你的钱还在 sweep account 里赚4.9-5%左右
