i-Bond Rate question -为什么我的rate不对呢？

I- bond falls into the November 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024 period, the correct rate should indeed be 5.27%,

但在TreasureDirect 的账户里， 为什么我的rate是3.94% 呢？

虽然我是2022年买的， 不是每六个月就重新算， 现在也是应该是5.27% 的rate呀？

现在4-week bill 都5+%， 那我不是应该卖了这个换成更高的吗？
