I have to say

that her real estate investment is the major win in terms of family asset. She got into the RE market at the right time (from 2009, she kept buying properties until last year).

The individual stock play is just for my side hobby, not a siginificant part. 

I don't touch the 401 K, 403b, NQDCP etc (she has been managing them all time long).
