drawback:
1. too far away, I need drive 16 mile (30min), my hu*****and need drive 32 mile (60min). The number is based on without traffic from Yahoo map.

Good thing:

1.Cheap $20,000-30,000 compare to regular price.
2.New, year 2005.

I calculated compare to the good area chinese people usually like to buy, This house means I saved $42 for every traffic hour of me or my hu*****and , based on three years living here.

Do I need to buy this house?
