So, do you think it is better not to have the listing agent as a buyer agent?

In the past, I used to have my own agent. However, I had bad experience. Whenever I made a low-ball offer, I could feel he was not happy, which made me feel uncomfortable.

Later, I fired him and just looked for houses myself. When I spotted my current house, I just went with the listing agent to submit the offer.

I am planning to buy rentals starting from 2010. Currently, I am not sure whether I should find myself a new agent, or just do what I did when I bought my first house.
