3, 是公寓, 还是HOUSE 合理? 有的HOUSE UNDER $100,000, 这种能买吗?

Condo is easier to manage, while house has a better appreciation potential.

4, 怎样找经纪? 好象经纪们对价钱低和SHORT SALE 的房子都不感兴趣, 我发了几个EMAIL, 都没有人回.
