请教： 1030 Exchange 的新房， 出租一年后转为自用， 会有什么问题吗？

我知道， IRA没有明确规定 多少时间， 只是   the property be held for a reasonable amount of time before it is converted to personal use . 一般建议是两年。

如果只是一年， IRA真的会追究吗？ 

从来没做过1030 exchange， 所以我完全没有概念。
