也是玩亚麻电商的亲人询问，他是在纽约区，需要搞公司性质才能做电商（我们州不需要）。内容是会计给他发需不需要递交BOI报表的通知，我狗了一下是这么说的：On January 1, 2024 a new reporting requirement went into effect that requires millions of small businesses to file a Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Report with the U.S. Department of Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

大家谁知道这个吗？我没碰到过。
