关于401K/Roth 401K 请教

孩子公司发奖金，　说: "For 2024, you may contribute an additional 10%of after tax comp($xx,000) and then immediately convert it to a Roth 401K". 

这个就是mega back door Roth 401K 吗？应该选这个吗？是２０多岁的年轻人

另外，　他在以前的公司有一个４０１K，　还没有转出来，　选这个，　会被pro-rata吗？
