Well, what is the performance of a Good one?

in 1 year, 3 year, 5 year, 10 year period?

I would LOVE to know someone who can do much better than my performance + 1%.

I do enjoy manage my own money, but after certain point, I would like to shift some of the burden to someone else. However, I just could not find a qualified and trust worthy person. Based on what I have seen, I think that it is going to be very hard to find one, if not impossible.
