Only $15 eviction fee? I heard that eviction needs to go through lawyer, takes a long time and costs $$$. What are you going to do if they still don't pay rent (after your 2nd letter and eviction notice)?
I just rent my house out for two months, but tenants have been late on rent both times. Now they say that they just lost job ...What should I do?
