sublease requests, 请教你们有这样的经验吗？求建议

刚把一个town home广告发出去1天， 就收到3个类似的requests：Your property is beautiful. I want check if you Sublease this property. We provide lovely, spotless accommodations for business travelers and vacationing families. We put these rental homes on various websites. Any vacant property you have can be rented out to qualified tenants by my client for short term . Each visitor is screened, and the space will be properly cleaned several times every month. You wouldn't have to be concerned about rental turnover as we'll stay for however long it takes for everything to work out for the two of us, and you will be paid your rent each month.We have our own insurance. 

这个town home 刚买的， 2009年建， 就在大学校园边上，但是这个季节学生找房的不多，所以想看看这个option。 请分享一下你们的经验， 或建议及注意事项。 谢谢
