can anyone help me for this collection notice

i brought a Condo in Flordia last year and forget pay the condo fee for last there months and now they send me collection noctice and saying if i'm not paying they will send it to foreclose process.

is this true that the Condominum assocation in Florida have this right to sned owner to foreclose court?
