FL insurance asked for new water heater every 25 (?) years.

What do you suggest?

My insurance company asks me to change roof, water heater...

Decent roof condition. I am thinking about not to insure. Bad idea? Reinsuro increased premium by 6x in order to kick me out before hurricane season.
