请教高手：Direct lender or Mortgage broker?

查询了两天，Wells Fargo 给的rate 和mortgage broker 给的一样，Wells Fargo's closing cost is much lower than broker's. Should I trust the estimated good faith from Wells Fargo? I don't want any surprises at closing.

Has anyone ever used Wells Fargo as their lender? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
