以前1040的设计，AGI是第一页最后一行，这样above the line 很清楚，就是第一页里面的deduction。

itemized/standrd deduction都是1040 第二页。

现在1040 设计变了，只有一页。需要找到AGI哪一行，然后above line/below line。
