现有老鼠，$ 250 setup trap and 4 follow ups. First two follow up caught the rat, third and fourth time no more. But this one does not seal any holes. 
我几年前另一个房也有过一次，公司来补上所有的洞，加抓老鼠，总共$850。以后每年$250 for warranty
