求助：新搬进去的客户进去后变脸 要找麻烦

这个女的带一个男孩，进去之前什么都有大大咧咧 交钱也痛快。交了一个月， 开始的时候说这里坏那里坏， 其实都是她不会用。 现在马上要交下一个月的钱了， 她说家里发现了老鼠。 我说从来这些年没有房客提到这个 而这个房子她搬进去之前全部换的木地板 刷了墙...这个女的明显就是要找事 动不动就说by law ...I need it to be tended to ,Pest control or something ...Found it at the beginning cleaned  it up and it’s back .... It has to be coming from the long grass on the other side of the fence and when they are left empty it happens. Not saying it’s your fault just needs to be tended too ....Please just get it taken care of. I can deal with everything else but I’m not dealing with bugs and rodents and I didn’t invite them in 

现在能怎么办呢？这人才刚搬进去 一年以后把她弄走 期间不知道多麻烦 不处理她说的是不是不行 ？ 

她说自己很安静 简单 自己带孩子 结果搬进去后我每次过去都有其他男的在家 半夜门口也有两个车 她可以说是她妈妈 但我肯定那是个男的
