我也怀疑过她的 landlord reference，但是找不到证据来证明那是假的landlord reference，

所以只能默认为是真的了。（ landlord reference 做假是要付法律责任的）。

 

问题是找房客是看 Credit Report呢， 还是看 Landlord reference 呢 ？
