commerical line and personal line

normally, multi units is for commerical(business) line property insurance.

one unit property - Single family house, should be written in personal line propety insurance.

Anyway,not sure which company does the commerical quote for this single family house. Also pls. not just focus on the building coverage amt., also to be carefull for covered loss (reason for the loss) , e.g. wrongful evication (important covrage for rental property) should be included. Something else, like ded. also related to the premium. thanks
